Four Play LLC ships all orders through FedEx, USPS and UPS, anywhere in the United States. We ship all orders within 3 business days of receipt, if they are placed before 11 AM Pacific Time (2 PM ET) Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

How will my Four Play LLC order be shipped?
Four Play LLC offers shipping, through FedEx, USPS and UPS, for all domestic orders – excluding U.S. territories.

Can Four Play LLC ship to all 50 states?
Four Play LLC can ship to any street address in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Can Four Play LLC ship outside of the United States?
We do not ship internationally as of yet.

Can Four Play LLC ship to military bases?
Four Play LLC can ship to APO/FPO bases , which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping rates apply for all orders.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
There is no guarantee that Four Play LLC be able to change shipping information once order has been placed, so please enter information correctly.

How can I track my order?
Your order confirmation will include a tracking number; you can use this number to track your order.

Will my order ship on the weekend?
Orders ship 2-3 days after being placed, Monday through Friday.

How soon can Four Play LLC ship my order?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out within 2-3 business days.

What if I don’t receive my order?
Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach our customer service at 925-338-9465 to start a trace. Returns
